Download Endless Legend Monstrous Tales game for PC
Endless Legend is a 4X fantasy strategy game designed by Amplitude Studios and released by Iceberg Interactive for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X in September 2014. The object of the game is to conquer the world of Auriga with one of the eleven existing races or factions through diplomacy or war, to develop advanced technologies, to explore the surrounding lands, and to create new cities. This is the second game made by Amplitude Studios from the Endless Legend series, after Endless Space.
In this add-on package, a new story line has been added to the game, in which dangerous and exciting adventures await you. This update includes 20 new stages, in each of which new legends and monsters are lurking in front of you. In addition, meet new races in the world of Aurgia that live in their place and reveal new aspects of this mysterious world to you.
Players can use one of fourteen available factions, each with its own characteristics, including appearance, unit, abilities, and different game styles, such as Wild Walkers, former jungle dwellers who use magic to control and shape the natural world. The Broken Lords are proud and brave knights who have lost their originality and are like ghosts in their armor. The spacecraft and its technology seek to cope with new conditions, with wizards, merchants, and several other new tribes and races, such as Mykara and Forgotten, added to the game in this version, each with its own unique appearance and characteristics.
Set in Auriga, the game area is randomly selected at the start according to the map of the land and its ecosystems, which will be shown on the map as a hexagonal grid. The obscurity of war covers the game space that needs to be explored to find resources by player-controlled forces. Each place has small factions and races that players must use to build their growing empire. However, unlike other 4X games, the world map in Legends Endless is made up of separate areas. When a city is first established within the boundaries of a region, the whole region becomes part of the territory and control of the faction. At the beginning of each game, each faction starts with an immigrant unit to create the first city and region and can only place one city within their borders. Another aspect of the gameplay is the progress in resource acquisition, which is divided into four areas in several periods. The four areas of resources are the military, science and technology, development, economics and population. Each part of them is in line with the player's experience and contributes to a specific goal of the player's victory.
Cities are where armies are formed and grow, and include individual units that have their own unique abilities and are selected by the player, include a variety of units and can be used in various battles. Players move the army through a scoring system. Each move destroys an Action Point until no further action can be taken until the counter is zero. These units are used for exploration, combat and diplomacy. Army units can be purchased with different equipment that vary depending on the player's interest. It is also possible to have a hero in this army, a powerful person with special skills that gives a certain character style of play.
The creators have included a mission-finding system in the game world that provides players with other smaller tasks in a timely manner in addition to the main story. The possibility of creating alliances between different nationalities, as well as the emergence of the Cold War in peacetime, along with the ability to play online and network are other positive features of the game. Civilization VI and Endless Space 2 are other similar games that can compete with this game.

About This Game:
Endless Legend is a turn-based 4X strategy game, in which players take control of a fantasy faction to establish an empire through exploration, conquest, diplomacy and research. The game is set in the land of Auriga, with the layout of its landmass and ecosystems being randomized per game, represented on a model-like map made up of a hexagonal grid. The map is populated with a variety of terrain, each made up of biomes within the world which have effects on the player's units. Tiles and their layout are all randomly generated to create a unique playable world with each separate playthrough. Fog of war covers the play space requiring exploration by the player's units to find resources, minor factions, and races that players must utilize and exploit to benefit their growing empires. However, unlike other 4X games, the world map of Endless Legend is formed of separate regions. Once a city has been established within the borders of a region for the first time, the entire region becomes part of a faction's territory and control. At the start of each game, each faction begins with a settler unit to establish their first city and region. Regions can only host one city each within their borders.
